20 killed and wounded by air strikes on Der-Ezzor city

Der-Ezzor province: 5 civilians were killed while 5 others were wounded including children and women, by 2 air strikes by regime warplanes on al-Hamedia neighborhood in Der-Ezor city which collapsed a building in the neighborhood, the number of the dead is likely to rise. Warplanes also raided al-Zabari village al-Karaja in al-Bukamal, and al-Ward oil field east of Der-Ezzor which is taken over by IS .
