New graffiti confirming continuance of the Syrian revolution in rural Daraa

The Syrian Observatory has monitored this evening graffiti and slogans written by the residents of Tal Shihab town in countryside of Daraa, on the ninth anniversary of the beginning of the Syrian revolution. The writings reaffirmed the unchanging aims of the revolution and its continuity.

On February 11, the Syrian Observatory monitored graffiti and writings written by people of villages and towns of Nahta, Yadudeh, Tasil, al-Lajat, Om Walad, and al-Kerk in Daraa province in solidarity with Idlib province which is under a large-scale military operation, that has forced hundreds of thousands of people to flee their cities, towns, and villages to live in very difficult Humanitarian conditions.

SOHR activists reported that unknown persons stuck leaflets on walls and shops in Sayda, Al-Hanout and Al-Maqraz in Al-Quneitra countryside, some of which read “overthrow Al-Assad  … the revolution continues  … we want the detainees to be released  … Al-Quneitra is free and Iran has to leave.”
