Many regime soldiers and jihadists dead or wounded in fierce clashes in Jabal Al-Zawiyah as the new ceasefire enters its 14th day

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored full suspension of aerial operations, along with cautious calm prevailing throughout the “de-escalation zone” as the new ceasefire enters its 13th consecutive day.

This calm was interrupted by clashes on frontlines near Al-Bara in Jabal Al-Zawiyah, between regime soldiers and jihadi groups. Many regime soldiers and jihadists were confirmed dead or wounded.

On Tuesday, the “de-escalation zone” experienced several violations. SOHR sources documented the killing of four regime soldiers and loyalists and one fighter of jihadist faction in clashes on the frontlines of Al-Fatira and southern countryside of Idlib.
