Regime forces renew rocket fire on Jabal Al-Zawiyah and attack positions west of Aleppo
Syrian Observatory activists say that regime forces renewed their rocket attacks on areas in Kafr Oweid, Sfuhen, Al-Ftera and the vicinity of Kansafra in the southern countryside of Idlib in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Regime forces also opened fire of heavy machineguns on places in Kafr Taal and Kafr Ammah in the western countryside of Aleppo. no casualties have been reported yet.
These developments come as a part of violations to the new ceasefire in the “de-escalation zone” on its 31st consecutive day.
Yesterday, Observatory sources monitored exchange of rocket fire between regime forces and rebel and jihadi factions on frontlines of Al-Ftera and Al-Dar Al-Kabera south of Idlib city. No casualties were reported.
