Ceasefire violations: regime forces shell village in east Idlib countryside
Syrian Observatory sources have reported that regime forces fired several rockets this afternoon, targeting Al-Salihyah village in the eastern countryside of Idlib. No casualties have been reported yet.
Otherwise, tense calm is prevailing throughout the “de-escalation zone”.
SOHR sources reported earlier this morning that Tense calm is prevailing in the area of “Putin-Erdogan” in the 43rd consecutive day of the new ceasefire. This calm follows several violations in the area yesterday which left many casualties.
SOHR activists documented yesterday the killing of three rebels and the injury of five others in Sahl Al-Ghab, after targeting by an unidentified drone to their vehicle.
Also a civilian was killed as a result of artillery shelling by regime forces stationed in the 46th regiment, on Kafr Ta’al village in west Aleppo countryside. Meanwhile, three women were injured while working on agricultural land near Taftanaz town, east of Idlib, after regime gunfire with heavy machineguns on the area.
