Car-bomb explodes in Afrin city leaving many casualties

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Syrian Observatory activists have reported that a new explosion struck the Turkish-controlled city of Afrin in north-western Aleppo this afternoon. The explosion was caused by detonating a car-bomb on the road to Raju. Many people were confirmed dead or wounded, amid reports about the complete burning of some bodies due to the violent explosion.

Earlier this morning, Observatory activists reported hearing a new explosion in the Turkish-controlled city of Afrin in the north-western countryside of Aleppo. The explosion was caused by detonating an IED on the road to Trandah which caused material damage, but no casualties were reported.
