The rebels and al- Nusra Front take control over the crossing border of Nasib

Daraa Province: Rebel brigades and al- Nusra Front have taken control over the Nasib border crossing with Jordan. The information reported to SOHR that al- Nusra Front had participated today in this operation that had been launched by the rebel brigades in order to seize the crossing. Thus, the regime forces had lost their last presence in an official crossing with Jordan. In addition to, the triangle linking between the crossing with the border of the occupied Syrian Jolan and Jordanian border has no presence of the regime forces.

 

The number of fighters of the rebels and Islamist groups who were killed in clashes with the regime forces in the countryside of Daraa has risen to 8 at least.

 

Intensive clashes took place between the regime forces, backed by Hezbollah and Iranian fighters, against the rebels and Islamic battalions in the vicinity of the town of Kafar Shams.

 

The regime forces shelled areas in the city of Inkhel and towns of Tafas, Kafar Shams, Da’el and Samlin.

 

The helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the towns of Om al- Mayazen, al- Tayba and Da’el leading to kill a man from Da’el.
