YPG kills 16 IS militants in Tal Tamir countryside

al-Hasakah province: SOHR was informed that 16 militants in IS were killed by clashes against YPG in al-Manajer area in Tal Tamir countryside, confirmed reports of losses in YPG. 6 civilians were wounded near Syria-Turkey borders, activists accused the Turkish border guards in beating them when they were trying to pass into the Turkish lands
