YPG, backed by rebel factions, reaches to the outskirts of the city of Tal Abyad

Reliable sources reported to SOHR that YPG, supported by rebel factions and US- led coalition airstrikes, could advance again in the past hours in southeast of the city of Tal Abyad on the road guided to the town Slouk and seize more villages, where they have become 5 km away from the border city of Tal Abyad, while YPG and the rebel bfactions could advance and seize about 20 villages in southwest of the city of Tal Abyad after the withdrawal of IS. SOHR also knew that at least 150 IS militants are still existing inside the city of Tal Abyad and threatening to retreat from the city if military reinforcement does not reach them and which is very difficult to be sent to the city because of the flight of US- led coalition warplanes over the areas and because of targeting IS movements. In addition to, reliable sources informed SOHR that a telephone conversation of Islamic State was been picked up by wireless devices days ago in east of the town of Slouk, where  some militants, who were besieged by YPG, requested for reinforcement to lift the siege but one of the commanders addressed the group which was intending to lift the siege “coming here is very risky, you cannot lift the siege, you cannot reach to the area because of the flight of the coalition warplanes over the area, do not cast yourselves into destruction for us and let us face our destiny her, we come for Shahada.”
