6 air raids carried out on Duma, and the rebels impose 5 conditions to re- pump water to the capital

Rif Dimashq Province: The regime forces opened fire on places on the road of Khan al- Shih – Zakiyah in the west of Rif Dimashq, no information about victims so far. They also shelled places in the city of Darayya in the Western Ghouta and farms of Tal Kredi near the city of Doma.

 

The warplanes carried out 6 raids on places on the outskirts of the city of Duma in the Eastern Ghouta woundinf some people, including children.

 

A fighter from the Islamic battalions died in clashes with the regime forces in Jrud al- Qalamun (the barren rocky mountain of al- Qalamun).

 

SOHR received a copy of conditions imposed by the rebel and Islamic battalions in Wadi Barada for re- pumping water from Ayn al- Fijah.

 

  • To stop sniping and shelling on all the villages and agricultural land in the area completely starting from the village Basimah and ending by the village of Birhlayya, including the village of Ifrah and its highway.
  • To release all female and male detainees of Wadi Barada immediately and unconditionally from the regime jails.
  • To allow for the entry of food and medical supplies, fuel and building materials, as well as to lift the siege.
  • To remove the new army barricades from the area and withdraw the policemen and NDF members from al- Hennawi village in the village of Basima.
  • To deal with the people of area in good way on the regime checkpoints that spread from Wadi Barada to Damascus, and to stop to provoke people on the checkpoints and not to arrest women at all because this is considered a red line and not open for discussion.
