“Islamic state” detained citizens for the first time in al-Mayadin on charge of “harassment of Muslim women”

Deir Ezzor Province:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that the “Islamic state” “crucified” 3 citizens from Al-Asharah town in the countryside of  Deir Ezzor within a “metal cage” in al-Jerdaq Square in al-Mayadin city located in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and hang on the neck of each one of them a sign says: “to be whipped seventy lashes and imprisoned 10 days, and to be defamed in the cage for a full day on charges of harassment of the women of Muslims”, the town of al-Mayadin and other areas in the countryside of Deir Ezzor witnessed since the beginning of the month of Ramadan 2015 defamations and “crucifixion” and detaining people within a “metal cages” in public squares and roaming others in the city.
