Russian warplanes kill 30 civilians in Homs including women and children

Homs province: A man and a woman died wounded, what rose the number of civilians who were killed by the Russian airstrikes on Talbisa, Rastan, and al-Za’farana into 30 ( 6 children, 6 women ). Clashes took place between regime forces and rebels around Talbisa city amid aerial bombardment on and bombardment by regime forces on the city, shells fell on Job al-Jarah in the eastern countryside, leading to material damages.
