Warplanes bomb Al-Raqqah and the “Islamic State” cut off the palm of a thief in Al-Hasakah

Al-Raqqah Province:
a raid carried out by warplanes but it’s not clear known whether they were Russian or an international coalition warplanes on areas at the vicinity of Al-Raqqah city, no information about casualties, while the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed the “Islamic state” arrested several citizens in Tal Abyad Street in Al-Raqqah city, the sources confirmed to the activists of the Observatory that the arrests was made because of “the appearance of the beard and the way it was trimmed” also SOHR documented the death of 2 member from the “Islamic state” who carried out an attack on a headquarter for YPG in Be’er Ashiq area in the countryside of Tal Abyad north of Al-Raqqah, which resulted also in the death of YPG fighters in the same clashes.

 

Al-Hasaka Province:
