Clashes around Shekh Meskin and Russian airstrikes target Idlib

Dar’a province: Clashes took place between regime forces and rebels around Shekh Meskin town, amid regime’s bombardment on the town. A man from al-Mzereb town was tortured to death in regime prisons. Regime forces bombarded Kherab al-Shahem town, no reports of losses. 

Idlib province: A man from Arnaba village was killed by Russian airstrikes on Idlib city. Russian airstrikes targeted al-Taman’a town, no reports of losses.
