23 Russian airstrikes target Tadmur city

Homs province: Clashes took place after midnight between regime forces backed by allied militiamen against IS in al-Dowa area west of Tadmur, reports of losses in regime forces. Russian warplanes went in 23 airstrikes on Tadmur amid targeting the city with 15 Grad missiles, regime forces bombarded Ter Ma’la, amid clashes between regime forces and rebels around the town.
