A delegation from the Red Cross, Red Crescent and the United Nations enter the city of Madaya and expelling the Head of the Military Council from his residence

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a delegation from the Red Cross, Red Crescent and the United Nations enter the city of Madaya which besieged by Hezbollah and the regime forces, after the arrival of the convoys of relief and medical assistance to the outskirts of the city besieged for nearly 180 days, and the delegation entered to make some logistics coordination, pending the entry of the aid convoys to the city, while SOHR was informed by several intersecting sources within the city that the people of Madaya city expelled the head of the military council in the city from his place of residence, because of his attempts to enter the aid to warehouses where people refused that and demanded that they receive them directly, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was also informed by several intersecting sources that Hezbollah is luring families to al-Qaws area where they have a checkpoint there at the outskirts of Madaya, in order to convince the people that they will distribute the aid to the citizens, Hezbollah also reported informed the citizens that who want to receive aid must come to al-Qaws area, and those who want to leave Madaya can leave.

Reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the distribution will as following: 
after the entry of the aid they will be distributed to warehouses in Madaya, then the shares will be delivered to each family according to the list of the relief office, each share will be handed to the head of the household, while the surplus of the aid will be distributed after the completion of the first round of distribution in Madaya.
