A delegation from the United Nations enter al-Wa’er neighborhood and violent clashes in Palmyra desert and the vicinity of al-Qaryatayn

Clashes described as violent took place in the vicinity of al-Qaryatayn city and in the areas of al-Doweh, Shaer and al-Bayyarat in the eastern countryside of Homs between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” amid mutual targeting between both parties and confirmed information about casualties in their ranks, also warplanes believed to be Russian bombed places in the vicinity al-Doweh area, also warplanes believed to be Russian carried out more intensive raids targeting areas in the city of Rastan, while a demonstration took place in al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs in solidarity with the town of Madaya which is besieged for nearly 181 days, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that a delegation from the United Nations entered al-Wa’er neighborhood, it is expected the entry of trucks carrying humanitarian aid to the neighborhood, which witnessed an agreement between the regime forces and the factions in the neighborhood, after the agreement hundreds of civilians and fighters got out of the neighborhood toward the northern areas of Syria, also it rose to 5 (including 3 citizen women) the number of people who were killed in the bombing by warplanes believed to be Russian on areas in the city of Rastan, while a shell fell on area in the town of Jeb al-Jarrah, no information about casualties.
