Asayish prevent using wireless communication devices and one of the Wi-Fi types for unknown reasons

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received a copy of a circular stamped with the seal of the General Command of the internal security Kurdish forces “Asayish”, the circular said: ” It is strictly prohibited the use of wireless communication devices, or the Wi-Fi of type AC frequency SGHZ, and in case these devices are already been used in an internet café, the owners will be informed to remove them within a period of 72 hours, and after the expiration of the specified period if the internet cafés did not comply with this instructions, these devices will be confiscated, and if the owners remove and then re-install these devices again, these devise will be confiscated and the owners will put themselves in violation and legal accountability.
