Sharia Court in Aleppo and its countryside “pardon” 35 prisoners who met the “amnesty terms”

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in Aleppo were informed that the Sharia Court in Aleppo and its countryside will release about 35 prisoners who have met the “amnesty terms” which was issued a few days ago, where days ago the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received a copy of a statement stamped by the Sharia Court in Aleppo and its countryside, in which they declared a “pardon” for the prisoners, the statement said : “The Sharia Court in Aleppo and its countryside issues an amnesty for all prisoners, who still have a year or less of their sentence, and that is because we are taking into account the current conditions in the city of Aleppo, which require us to see through the eye of compassion and forgiveness to those of our brothers who made a mistake to himself and his family, in particular, those whose repentance and integrity was improved, according to the following conditions: that the prisoner must have spent half of his sentence, he must get a certificate of good conduct from those in charge of religious guidance in prison, he must commit to jihad and Ribat for the safety of Muslims in the city of Aleppo, and he should not be convicted of an offense that affects the security of the revolution.”
