Violent clash and counter attack by the “Islamic State” in Shaddadi countryside

Al-Hasaka Province:
Violent clashes renewed between The Syrian Democratic Forces against the “Islamic State” in the countryside of Shaddadi and in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, after an attack by the “Islamic State” on both areas, the attack started when “Islamic State” fighters infiltrated one of the areas, while a sound of a huge explosion was heard in the clash area, but it is unknown whether it was caused by bombing by Coalition’s warplanes or by detonating a booby trapped vehicle by the organization in the clash areas, amid information about advancement for the Syrian Democratic Forces and controlling two villages and about 10 farms in the vicinity of Shaddadi city, and information about casualties among both parties.
