Casualties in Deir Ezzor city and executions in Tal Abyad during an attack by the “Islamic State”

Deir Ezzor Province:
A citizen woman was killed when shells launched by the “Islamic state” landed on areas in al-Jura neighborhood in Deir Ezzor, and information about the death of two children because of the same shells.

Al-Raqqah Province:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by several sources that the “Islamic State” had executed a person relatives to an opposition figure from Deir Ezzor during the attack on Tal Abyad area, the organization separated his head from his body, and then they publish the image of his severed head on his personal Facebook page, also SOHR received information about beheading a fighter from the Syrian Democratic Forces during the same clashes.
