2142 civilian citizens among the 4000 people executed by the “Islamic state” during the 20th month of announcing the “Caliphate State” in Syria
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was able to document during the 20th month of the declaration of the “Caliphate State” by the “Islamic State” the execution of 71 people by the organization in its controlled areas in Syria, at the provinces of Deir Ezzor, Damascus, Aleppo, Al-Raqqah, Al-Hasakah and Homs during the period between the 29th of January 2016 until the 29th of February 2016
Where the Observatory documented during the 19th month that the organization carried out 71 executions in the Syrian territories, 28of them were against civilian Syrian citizens, including 5 citizen women, and 3 members at least from the “Islamic State “, and a former police man in the regime forces, and 11 fighters from the rebel and Islamic factions and The Syrian Democratic Forces and 29 members at least from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, some of them were beheaded.
Executions have been carried out according to the following charges: “providing false evidence and causing the execution of a person, cooperating with the infidels Kurds, apostasy, not doing repentance, cooperating and communicating with the Nusayri regime, corrupting in earth, working for the coalition and Al-Raqqah Rebels Brigade and spying on soldiers of the state, adultery and witchcraft and mocking the Holy Qur’an, sleeping cells working against the Islamic state, entering fuel into the regime’s controlled areas, and cooperating with the FSA”
Which raised the number of civilians, fighters and members from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and members of the “Islamic state” executed by the organization in its Syrian territory to 3967 people since the declaration of the “Caliphate State” by the “Islamic State” on 29th/6/2014 until the dawn of today the 29th/2/ 2016.
Reaching 2142 civilian citizens including 78 children and 121 citizen women the number of people executed by the “Islamic State” organization by firing squad, slaughter, separating the head from the body, stoning, throwing of high building, or burning in the provinces of Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah, Al-Hasakah, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, including 3 massacres carried out by the organization in the provinces of Deir Ezzor, Aleppo and Hama, where the organization executed more than 930 Arab Sunni citizens from the clan of al-Sh’aytat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and 223 Kurdish civilian citizen killed by the organization by opening fire on them and by white arm in the city of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) and the village of Barkh Botan in the southern countryside of the city, and 46 civilian citizen executed by the organization in Al-Mab’oujeh village which is inhabited by citizens of Ismailia, Sunni and Alawite communities in the eastern countryside of Salamiyyeh city, they were burned, slaughtered and shot, and also 85 including 10 children and 8 citizen women from the families of the gunmen loyal to the regime and NDF executed by the organization in al-Bogeleyyah area in Deir Ezzor.
Also 272 is the number of fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, Jabhat Al-Nusra (al-Qaeda in Levant) and YPG who were executed by the organization of the “Islamic State” after capturing them in the clashes which are taking place between the organization and the mentioned factions or of who were arrested at checkpoints for the organization in its controlled areas.
also the “Islamic State” organization executed 424 of its own members, some of them on charges of “Ghuluww (Translator: it is an act of extremism and is against Sharia in Islam where the person ascribe a divine characteristics to Islamic figures or another person), spying for foreign countries, cooperating with the Crusader Alliance, attempting to escape, escaping during the battel and attempting to defect “, and most of them were executed after being arrested by the organization when they were trying to return to their countries.
Organization executed 1117 officers and members from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, after capturing them in the clashes or arresting them at ISIS checkpoints in ISIS controlled areas.
The organization executed 2 defected members from the regime forces, and both of them did not join any armed faction, the organization shot to dead on charges of “apostasy”, after their execution their bodies were crucified in the square of Hmar Ali village in the countryside of Deir Ezzor.
As the “Islamic State” executed 7 people including a child, on charges of “cooperating with al-Nusayri regime, associating to NDF and fighting the Islamic state”, where the sources of the Observatory confirmed that the organization executed a child and a man at least of them by beheading, while the rest were executed by firing squad.
Also the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources that members from the “Islamic State” threw the body of a former member of the organization and the marks of shooting on it, and in the details; the sources informed the activists of the Observatory that the member had left the organization for nearly 5 months then he was arrested by the organization, and when his body was returned to his home in the town of Thubyan in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, they put a paper reading “he fought against the State and burned cars for the Islamic state”
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights re-call the UN Security Council to work in seriously, to stop the crimes and violations committed against the Syrian people by the “Islamic state” and the regime of Bashar al-Assad, and all of whom committed these crimes.
