About 60 casualties and injuries and missing people in a massacre carried out by warplanes in Al-Raqqah

Al-Raqqah Province:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed in Al-Raqqah city by medical and local sources that at least 16 people were killed, including 8 children and 5 citizen women in a massacre carried out by warplanes, but it is unknown if they were Russian, Syrian regime or International coalition’ warplanes, the airstrikes intensively targeted the areas of al-Sur, the silo, al-MoJamma’ Square near al-Thakneh neighborhood and other areas in the city of Al-Raqqah controlled by the “Islamic state”, and the number of casualties is expected to rise because of the injury and missing of about 40 people, and some of the injured people are still in dangerous situations, while no confirmed information received about casualties among members of the “Islamic state”.
