Regime forces reach Tadmur city outskirts

Homs province: Clashes continued after midnight between regime forces and IS in the eastern and southern countrysides amid advances for the regime in the area supported by Russian and Syrian airstrikes, reaching Tadmur outskirts, confirmed reports of human losses in both sides.
