In a protest against the declaration of the federation… Manna resign from the Syrian Democratic Council and its shared presidency
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by leading sources that Dr. Haytham Manna the former co-chairperson of the Syrian Democratic Council has resigned in the 19th of March 2016 from the Council, after the Declaration by the Democratic Society Movement and other allied movements of the federal project in northern Syria and Rojava in the 17th of March 2016, without consulting and getting back to all parties of the Council of Democratic Syria and the co-presidency.
Dr. Haytham Manna didn’t participate in Geneva talks between the Syrian regime and the opposition parties, which are one of its sessions ended in the 24th of last month.
