The “Islamic State” crucify one of its own members on charges of “covering up wanted and smuggling them”

Deir Ezzor Province:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that the “Islamic state” crucified one of its members for three days in al-Kharita town in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor after killing him on charges of covering up sleeper cells that work against the Islamic state and smuggle wanted persons to outside of its controlled areas”
