About 15 members in the al-Wa’er neighborhood surrender themselves and guard points to the regime forces

Homs Province:

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed by several reliable sources that 15 members from the factions in the al-Wa’er neighborhood besieged by the regime forces in the city of Homs, surrendered themselves, weapons and guard points in the orchard of al- Wa’er neighborhood to the regime forces, the sources confirmed that similar situations took place over the past days, groups of several fighters and members from the people of the neighborhood and individuals, of who are surrendering to the regime forces in exchange for “settlement their status”, that came after the bad health, living and humanity conditions within the neighborhood which is besieged by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
