Raids target area in the countryside of Idlib kill 10

Idlib Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Warplanes carried out airstrikes on the places in Melles town hospital area in the countryside of Idlib, which resulted in the death of 10 people at least, including 3 children and 2 citizen women and a boy, and injured several others, while the warplanes bombed areas in Saraqeb town and its outskirts in the countryside east of Idlib, no information about casualties so far.
