After nearly four years of steadfastness in the face of the regime… an agreement was reached in Darayya city between the regime forces and the factions

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by intersected sources that an agreement was done between the factions of Darayya town in the Western Ghouta and the authorities of Bashar al-Assad’s regime mediated by an unknown party yet, the agreement state that the fighters should handover their heavy and medium weapons, and that those who want to “settle their situation” with the regime can stay, in addition to the staying of thousands of civilians and that no one will have a word with them, and that they will be provided with support and “their situations will be settled”, also the fighters are allowed to take their families if they wish to, but there were no agreement yet about the fighters’ transfer destination, because there were no unanimous agreement by the factions of the city to go toward to Idlib province.
