Darayya agreement is completed, after displacing more than 3200 of its residents to Idlib and other areas in Rif Dimashq

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was aware that Darayya agreement in now completed fully, which included getting more than 3200 people of both fighters and civilians out of Darayya city -including about 800 fighters-, the civilians were transfer in 2 batches of displacement today and yesterday, to the shelter centers in Harjaleh at the west of Rif Dimashq and other centers on the outskirts of the capital and its countryside, also the fighters and their families were transferred to Idlib Province through Hama, the first batch of them arrived this morning, while the second batch is heading now to Idlib province, and thus, Darayya city is now free of civilians and fighters after completely depopulating it, while the regime forces are starting inspection operations at the city, which remained for about four years beyond the control of Bashar al-Assad’s regime, and out of the reach of his forces and gunmen loyal to him, despite bombardment of thousands of barrel bombs and thousands of missiles and rockets, that killed and wounded thousands.

 

Also during the 27th of August a an operation of prisoners handing over was carried out, where the factions handed over the bodies and prisoners of members from the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them back to the regime forces, they were killed and captured earlier in clashes in the vicinity of Darayya city and its outskirts in the Western Ghouta.
