The bodies of two children from the same family were burnt by the regime forces’ shelling by “incendiary materials”

Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The death of two brothers (boy and girl child) was confirmed, they were killed by shelling by the regime forces on areas at al-Wa’er neighborhood which is besieged by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the city of Homs, where SOHR received information about the use of incendiary materials in the shelling at the neighborhood by the regime forces, where SOHR received a copy of images showing the two burnt bodies.
The factions targeted regime forces’ positions in Ashrafyyeh village at the countryside of Homs, while two shells at least targeted area near Homs oil refinery at the outskirts of Homs city, no information about casualties, while clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” in the area of Abu al-Alaya and Khattab in the eastern countryside of Homs, amid shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas.
