Massive human losses after suicide attacks targeted Hasakah, Homs, Damascus and Tartous this morning.

SOHR was informed that no less 70 were killed or wounded, 14 confirmed dead after 2 suicide attacks targeted Tartous city southern entrance. 5 were killed including 3 from al-Asayesh by an explosion of a motorbike targeted Mersho turning in Hasakah city. 3 were killed by explosion targeted al_Sabora area in Damascus this morning. also, 2 soldiers were killed by explosion targeted al_Zahraa neighborhood in Homs this morning.
