Regime forces release more than 80 prisoners for 2 corpses of Russian soldiers killed in Syria

SOHR was informed that in the next few hours the first group of prisoners will be released from Hama central prison, the prisoners are about 85, in return, rebels will deliver 2 corpses for Russian pilots who were killed in the 1st of August 2016 after targeting their helicopter in eastern Idlib near Saraqib, it is worth to mention that 5 Russian soldiers were killed after targeting their helicopter in the 1st of August.

The exchange operation is not the first from its type, in 2012 regime forces released many prisoners for corpses belongs to allied Iranian, Lebanese, Iraqi, Russian, and Asian militants.
