The first massacre outside the ceasefire areas claims the lives of 23 civilian Syrians, nearly half of them are children and women

It rose to 23, including 9 children and 2 citizen women at least the number of people documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, they were killed in a massacre carried out by warplanes (which are still unidentified until now), after targeting the city of al-Mayadin east of Deir Ezzor province, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are about 20 injured persons some of them are in critical situation, the first raid targeted al-Shaheed Abdul-Jabbar School and its vicinity, which contains displaced families from places in Deir Ezzor Province, and other parts of Syria, while the second raid targeted the vicinity of the recovery center, the third raid targeted the vicinity of the Feed Building, while the fourth raid targeted the vicinity of the garage building in al-Mayadin city. And in the same context; the warplanes targeted areas in al-Husseiniya village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, and areas in al-Jbyliyyeh neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city, and other places in the area around Deir Ezzor airbase and the area around Thardeh Mount near it.
