Thousands of people continue displacing out of the northeastern countryside of Aleppo toward the northern countryside and Afrin

 

Hundreds of Syrian citizens continue displacing from their homes in their villages and towns located in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, which are also located within the operations areas of the rebel and Islamic factions supported by the Turkish tanks and warplanes against the “Islamic state” in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo. The Syrian Observatory human rights received information by several reliable sources that since the end of August 2016 until today; about 9000 people have been displaced, where thousands of citizens children, women, men, young and old have reached areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces and YPG in a the northern and northwestern countryside of Aleppo.

 

 

The reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that about 3000 displaced people have been distributed to the areas of Deir Jamal, Kfrnaya and Kafer Naseh, while about four thousands of them were moved to Shahba camp, while two thousand displaced people entered Afrin town and its countryside, and distributed to the houses of their relatives in the city and countryside, while hundreds of others are still waiting for the procedures to complete to enter Afrin area; they are coming through the areas of Azaz and Qatma, also hundreds of people displaced from the town of Akhtarin and the village of Mas’udiyyeh as a result of the clashes that took place during the past 48 hours between the factions supported by Turkish vehicles against “Islamic state” organization, where the factions were able to control both areas.

 

 

It is worth mentioning that Afrin area and Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas have witnessed in the recent months displacement of thousands of people into it, where camps have been prepared for them and some of them were transferred to the camps, while others were distributed to buildings and shelters prepared for them by those in charge of the area.
