Negotiations are taking place at al-Hameh and Qudsayya for an agreement to stop military operations and carry out a new displacement operation near the capital Damascus

Negotiations are still taking place between the regime forces and those in charge of al-Hameh and Qudsayya through mediators, in an attempt to reach a final version of an expected agreement to stop military operations in Qudsaya and al-Hameh at the outskirts of the capital Damascus, and to get the fighters and their families out of them both and relocate them to north of Syria and Idlib province, like Darayya deal in which hundreds of fighters and their families were displaced to Idlib Province and to shelters in Damascus.

Daraa Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A fighter from the rebel factions died affected by injuries he had during clashes against the “Islamic state” in al-Lajat area in the northeastern countryside of Daraa.
