After bombing at wedding ceremony… Asayish circulate instructions to those in charge of wedding halls in Hasaka

 

The Internal Kurdish Security Forces issued a statement concerning weddings or concerts held in halls at Al-Hasakah city and other cities and towns in its countryside, after the bombing that was carried out by a person who blew himself up with an explosive belt inside al-Sanabel Wedding Hall during the wedding of the young man Zaradesht Fatemi near the city of Hasaka, of which 37 civilians were killed, including 12 children and citizen women, in addition to injuring tens of others back at the 3rd of October 2016, the statement said:

A) All owners of wedding and concert halls must set two persons (man and woman) and their duties are as follows:

  1. These two persons are appointed as private security for the wedding halls, their age should not be less than 20 years old, and they should wear uniform that will be determined by the supervision committee later.
  2. They will inspect all guests without exception.
  3. They will provide security for the concert hall or wedding until it ends.
  4. They will secure the entrances and exits of the hall.
  5. They will prevent anyone from entering weapons or any strange objects to the hall, and put it in a safety deposit box, of which the hall owners should put in a convenient place inside one of the hall’s rooms.

 

B) The former things mentioned above will be supervised by a committee, and its duties will be solving the problems arising in the halls by communicating with them via emergency number, which will be given to the owners of the halls when inspecting them.

C) All halls owners must provide weapons for private security and the weapons must be licensed at Rojava Asayish Forces centers in every city.

D) To two or three persons from the families of the couple must be assigned to assist the private security staff in the inspections and to distinguish the invitees to the ceremony from others, and not allowing for anyone to enter without invitation”
