The regime forces advance in points of the “Islamic State” at Palmyra desert and more casualties in the capital

Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The regime forces launched explosive cylinder on area in al-Wa’er neighborhood in Homs city, where the neighborhood is witnessing shelling for the second day in a row, also the regime forces targeted using heavy machineguns’ fire areas in the village of Kisin in the eastern countryside of Homs, while the factions targeted using an explosive cylinder area in the town of Kafernan which is controlled by the regime forces in the same countryside.

Meanwhile, clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State”, amid shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas, where the regime forces managed to advance and control points used to be controlled by the organization north of Palmyra city.

Damascus Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
2 persons were killed when shells landed on areas in Bab Touma neighborhood and Tishreen Military Hospital at the outskirts of the capital.
