Civilians of al-Haisha spoke to SOHR about the horrible night they had during the coalition airstrikes which targeted the town

SOHR documented the death of 20 civilians including 9 women and 2 children, killed by coalition airstrike targeted al-Hesha village in the northern countryside, while no less than 30 others were wounded or seriously wounded.

November/08, the coalition warplanes targeted the village which is located 40km from Raqqa city, 20 families at least we able to flee the town earlier into Raqqa city using side roads which are being watched by the coalition warplanes, civilians from the town spoke to SOHR activists about that “horrible nigh” they had, “We were sitting in our houses in the village of al-Haisha as we used to hear the sounds of the coalition warplanes flying over the town, after few minutes the warplanes targeted the village with missiles leading to massive explosions, the inhabitants of the city ran with their children into shelters, some of them just left their houses without any knowing where to go when the coalition warplanes targeted them again leading to the death of one whole family, the civilians confirmed to SOHR that it was not possible to pull back any corpses even their relatives corpses, and it is possible that more corpses are still under the rubble.
SOHR activists observed IS militants transporting families who reached al-Raqqa city from al-Haisha town and other areas into schools and centers in the city, as the city of Raqqa is witnessing dissatisfaction by civilians amid fears of a large battle treating the city, one of the civilians said “this is our situation now, if its not IS, it is the coalition who is migrating us from our homes “.
SOHR published 4 days ago the announcement by SDF about the military operation to liberate the city of Raqqa from IS under the operation of ” Madness of al-Furat ” as the coalition warned the fighters to stay away from civilians.
This massacre raised the number of civilians who were killed by the coalition warplanes since the 23rd of September 2014 into 680 including 169 children and 102 women, 69 of the dead were killed by airstrikes targeted al-Tokhar village in Menbej countryside, in addition to 64 killed on the first of May 2015 in Ber Mahli village near Seren town south of Ein al-Arab Kobane including 31 children and 19 women in addition to 13 men and 1 young boy.
