The Syria Democratic Forces are trying to besiege al-Arima and factions of “Euphrates Shield” advance in the vicinity of al-Bab with clashes on its frontiers

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that The Syria Democratic Forces have advanced in the western countryside of Manbij city, near the town of al-Arima, and managed during the past 48 hours to control 3 villages near al-Arima, they are Qert, Sheikh Nasser and Sbiran, while clashes are taking place between these forces against the “Islamic State” in Kawkli village of which the Syria Democratic Forces are trying control in preparation for the siege of the town of al-Arima, which will likely be controlled by Syria Democratic Forces and expel the “Islamic State” out of it, the clashes between both parties are accompanied by mutually shelling.

In related development violent clashes continue between members of the “Islamic State” against the rebel and Islamic Factions of “Euphrates Shield” operation supported by the Turkish forces and warplanes at the outskirts of al-Bab city, after they controlled 22 villages in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo during the past five days, and the clashes in the outskirts of the strategic city of al-Bab coincides with shelling believed to be from the Turkish forces and Turkish warplanes on areas at al-Bab city, which killed a man and injured others hours ago, while the factions managed to advance in new area around the city and confirmed information about their control of the villages of Qebbat al-Sheikh and al-Hadath north of al-Bab city and west of Qabasin, while the organization targeted three tanks and armored vehicles believed to be Turkish at Hazwan area in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, no information about casualties yet.
