About 10 persons were wounded in shelling by the “Islamic State” on Tal al-Samn town

Al-Raqqah Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The “Islamic State” targeted areas in the town of Tal al-Samn in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, injuring about 10 people including women and children, while SOHR documented the death of two persons by bombing by warplanes of the International Coalition on areas in Cordoba village in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah.
