Renewed airstrikes on Palmyra area and new reinforcements arrive for the regime forces

Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Warplanes and helicopter continue the intensified bombardment on areas controlled by the “Islamic state” yesterday and the day before yesterday in Palmyra Desert in the eastern countryside of Homs, amid missile shelling by the regime forces on the same areas, in conjunction with the arrival of more reinforcements for the regime forces to the area, in order to start the expected counterattack and retake the areas they have lost.
