Thousands of besieged people are living tragic humanitarian situation awaiting the completion of Aleppo agreement and Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya await the entry of buses

Thousands of the people of the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo are still sleeping on sidewalks and streets in the factions’ controlled box in the southwestern section of the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo, waiting completing the implementation of the Russian – Turkish agreement, according to which thousands of fighters with their families and civilians who wish to leave the factions’ controlled box in the city will be transferred towards the western countryside of Aleppo, amid a tragic humanitarian situation surround them, from the lack of blankets and means of heating, food and medicines necessary for treatment, along with a wave of cold weather that prevails in Aleppo and most of the areas in Syria, and this await in eastern Aleppo coincides with await by hundreds of people of the towns Kafriya and Al-Fu’ah, which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northeastern countryside of Idlib city, in anticipation for the entry of buses, where none of them have entered yet although they have arrived about two hours and a half ago to the outskirts of both town of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya, according to the Turkish – Iranian – Russian agreement.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also was informed by those in charge of the besieged city of Madaya by Hezbollah and the regime forces, that they were not informed by any party so far to prepare lists of people who require medical care out of the city.

It is worth mentioning that since Thursday until the noon of Friday 9 convoys at least carried about 8500 people, including more than 3 thousand fighter from the factions’ controlled box in the southwest of the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo city, while the tenth convoy was returned to the factions’ controlled box after closing the crossing of Ameriyah – Ramouseh by gunmen loyal to the regime come from the towns of Kafriya and Al-Fu’ah and members of the Lebanese Hezbollah, who beat and insulted the citizens in this convoy.
