Explosions in the western countryside Al-Raqqah and injuries in shelling on al-Wa’er neighborhood

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A loud explosion was heard in al-Tabaqa area, it was caused by targeting by warplanes for the outskirts of the city, and information about casualties in the ranks of the “Islamic State”.

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Areas in the besieged neighborhood of al-Wa’er in Homs city were shelled by the regime forces using explosive cylinders, which caused injuries including children.
