Kurdish citizen sets himself on fire

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A Kurdish citizen from the city of Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) located in the northwest of Al-Hasaka province, set himself on fire by pouring gasoline on himself within the city, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for human rights, in addition to receiving a copy of a video shows the man called Hameed Hidu talking about staff in the municipality of Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) and officials in the municipality who assaulted, imprisonment and humiliation him, and put pressure on him to cancel the lawsuit and a complaint in against the municipality, also the Kurdish citizen talked in the video that the public prosecutor in the city of Ras al-Ayn has dropped down his case against the municipality without consulting him, and that he discovered that when he was on his way to one of the self-management courts in al-Qameshly, also he confirmed that he was threatened by the staff, and he mentioned names he said that they are municipal employees and officials in, and that they have beaten him months ago.
