On the first day of the Russian – Turkish cease-fire agreement… a massacre in Tedef by unidentified warplanes

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 9 people at least (most of them from one family) including 4 children were killed in a massacre carried out by the warplanes on Tadef town southeast of al-Bab city, it is unknown until this moment whether the warplanes were Russian or Turkish, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.
