At least 30 were killed and tens were wounded in airstrikes by unidentified warplanes on a headquarters of Fath al-Sham Front

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that at least 30 people so far were confirmed killed , and tens of others were wounded in airstrikes carried out by warplanes and target a headquarters of Fath al-Sham Front (formerly Nusra Front ) during a meeting inside it near Sarmada town in the northern countryside of Idlib which is near the Syrian border – Turkish, among the casualties there are number of prisoners and detainees, as the targeted area includes a detention center belongs to the Fath al-Sham Front, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, it is not known yet whether the warplanes that targeted the headquarters are Russian or belong to the international coalition, while it was suggested the targeting was done by the international coalition.
