The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces continue to sweep the spring water area in Ain al-Fijah at Wadi Barada in the northwest of Rif Dimashq, after tens of members of the regime forces have entered the area, while it is expected tomorrow for the process of transferring fighters who reject the agreement in Wadi Barada to begin, they will be get outside of Wadi Barada, while the area of Wadi Barada is witnessing deteriorating humanitarian conditions associated with bad weather.
