Intense raids target bridges in Al-Raqqah and information about cutting off the water of the “Islamic State” organization’s stronghold in Syria

 

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Warplanes believed to belong to the international coalition carried out after midnight yesterday raids on several areas in Al-Raqqah city and its northern outskirts, the main stronghold of the “Islamic State” organization in Syria, where they targeted several bridges, including the new bridge, the old bridge and the bridge of al-Abbara village in the northern outskirts, which destroyed them, while the Syrian observatory received information about cutting off the water in most of Al-Raqqah city because of targeting the main line of the old bridge, no information about casualties yet, while 2 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces were killed and another one was injured when an IED exploded in their car in the village of Jeb Sh’eir southwest Ain Issa town north of al-Raqqah, while violent clashes are taking place between the Syria Democratic Forces backed by warplanes of the international coalition against the “Islamic State” organization in al-Kalta village area east of Tal al-Samn town in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah, after an attack carried out by the first mentioned on the area, accompanied by shelling and exchange of targeting, and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.
