Massacre of Idlib city carried out by unidentified warplanes claim the lives of 26 persons at least and operations of recovering trapped people under the rubbles continue

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the operations of rescue and the recovering the bodies are still taking place in Idlib city, where airstrikes targeted the city on the dawn of Tuesday the 7th of February 2017, where it rose to 26 at least -16 of them are civilians casualties mostly citizen women and children, the number of persons who were killed and documented by the Syrian Observatory for human rights, as a result of 10 raids at least carried out by warplanes, it is not known whether they were Russian warplanes or warplanes of the international coalition, or if they were a combination of both, they targeted areas in the city of Idlib, where they targeted places in the vicinity of the Military Security, Shoaib mosque, the municipal stadium, Wadi al-Naseem, al-Jarrah Roundabout, al-Debbit and the Security of the State, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation and because there are still missing people under the rubble of the destruction caused by aerial bombardment, also SOHR received information which reported that members of Hayyaat Fateh al-Sham arrested members of the guards of Maarrat al-Nu’man National Hospital, and also raided the warehouses and confiscated equipment and medicines, but no information yet about the cause and nature of the incident, also warplanes carried out airstrikes targeting areas on the outskirts of city Jisr al-Shughur, no information about injuries yet.
